The Benefits of Washing Your Car!
Owner Manuals for nearly all vehicles recommend washing the surface on a regular basis to
avoid dulling of paint and damage from bug bodies and bird droppings.

Bug Remover:
When bugs and bird droppings are left on a vehicle they can damage the
paint and its protective covering. By applying the detergent remover you can
rid the surface of these unsightly blemishes and protect the vehicles shine.

Clear Coat Protectant:
After washing the vehicle it is important to apply the Clear Coat Protectant.
The Clear Coat on most vehicles is only 1.5 mills thick, the same thickness
as celophane; however, it only takes a deduction of .3 mills to reduce the
shine and protective ability of the Clear Coat.

Spot Free Rinse:
A final touch in Gleam Works car washing process is to apply our Spot Free
Rinse. This process uses water that has been run through a triple filtration
process. It eliminates dissolved solids and metals that cause water spots,
creating a spot-free surface without hand drying.

High Powered Vacuums: Six standard high powered vacuums to rid dirt from the
interior of the vehicle.

Shampoo Vacuum Combo: These vacuums have a shampoo brush allowing you
to clean carpet and upholstery and then vacuum away the foam. Creating an interior as
clean as the outside.

Fragrance Vacuum Combo:
These vacuums have a fragrance wand attached allowing you to dispense a fragrance of
your choice into the carpets. This option adds a refreshing long-lasting fragrance for
those vacuuming their vehicles.

Car Care Center: Located at the front of the wash, ten different items are available for
purchase, as well as our easy to use Swipe-N-Clean unit allowing for payment by coins,
bills, credit or debit card.
